I've visited the beautiful Venice this year and I was simply fascinated. This is a pastel that I made after one of my photos from there.
Venice is one of Italy's top travel cities and a beautiful, romantic destination with many attractions. Its small, traffic-free streets along the winding canals make for great walking. You'll find many magnificent churches and palaces, lively squares, and interesting shops. Venice actually consists of 117 bodies of land connected by more than 400 bridges over its 150 canals. The Grand Canal is like main street, cutting through the center of the city.

Stunning painting!!! I love Venice is one of my top destination! I think anyone should go to Venice at list once and have this beautiful painting hanging on their wall! Venice is a living museum of dramatic Gothic architecture; the city is so romantic that you will fall in love just as illustrated on this marvelous painting by Mona! I love the reflection on water, the colors, composition and the couple on the bridge being romantic! This painting has life, it draws me in....and that's what it is all about!
