Robert this a gorgeous shot! Didn't Chrysler call these hydromatics? V/F

Robert Culver replied:

1960, V-8, 413cid, twin 4bbl carbs, 375bhp @ 5,000rpm, 495ft/lbs @ 2,800rpm, 3-speed auto, 4,310lbs, sold for around $5,841. I believe the term hydromatics was coined initially in the late 40’s when the Automatic transition started to gain popularity. This automobile is a power house and drinks gasoline with a hose, not a straw. Some of the data was from the http://www.chrysler300site.com site.
